The objective was to<strong> reduce inspection times<\/strong> and<strong> improve the objectivity of operations<\/strong> significantly.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The solution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The PIQAPART team of experts was commissioned to design a <strong>bespoke solution<\/strong>. We developed dedicated<strong> LightBoxes<\/strong> that enable operators to carry out <strong>rapid and highly <\/strong>accurate <strong>quality inspections<\/strong> on sorted products. The operator takes a product sample using a tray, places it inside the LightBox, and PIQAPART <strong>analyses<\/strong> the contents <strong>within seconds<\/strong>.
