The line scan cameras continuously collect data on the progress of all printing operations. The PIQAPART system was designed not only to <strong>detect<\/strong> the presence of <strong>defects<\/strong>, but also to <strong>classify<\/strong> them according to their severity. All <strong>results<\/strong> are <strong>recorded<\/strong> together with timestamps and error categories.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The results<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Thanks to this solution, SICIS achieved an unprecedented level of <strong>quality control<\/strong>. Operators can <strong>monitor the progress<\/strong> of all print jobs in real time and <strong>receive instant notifications<\/strong> in the event of issues. PIQAPART stores a high-resolution copy of each image along with a detailed record of inspections and results. In addition, the system <strong>generates a unique code<\/strong> for each printed slab, which is then applied in barcode format.
